The course has been adapted from my book Living Deliberately. Like the book, it tries to explain what deliberate living is, how you can pursue it, and what effect it is likely to have on your life. It does this by showing you how to derive a life philosophy that embodies your highest ideals and offers guidance in every situation. The resultant philosophy combines teachings taken from various religions and schools of thought into an interlocking set of guidelines for the living of your life.
